Dr. V. Paige Litz is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist. She received her undergraduate degree from Smith College and her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City. She completed general psychiatry residency training at Emory University School of Medicine, and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Litz has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at MUSC and provides outpatient psychiatric services to children and their families. She has a range of clinic interests, including anxiety disorders, depression, and ADHD. Dr. Litz also worked in film, television and journalism prior to entering medicine and is interested in the impact of the arts and media on mental health and wellbeing.
