Dr. Gilmore is a licensed clinical psychologist whose clinical expertise includes evidence-based treatments for borderline personality disorder, suicidal behavior, post-traumatic stress disorder, and related anxiety and mood disorders.

Hilary J. Bernstein, DHA

Dr. Hilary Bernstein works primarily with patients with mood and anxiety disorders and/or other significant stressful life events such as problems in relationships, grief or loss.

Elizabeth J. Hudson, LMHC, LPC

Liz’s clinical expertise is working with children and adolescents experiencing mood or anxiety disorders, anger management, and trauma. Liz provides individual, family, and group therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mutual aid, and support therapy.

Patricia A. Felker, LISW-CP

Pat Felker is a therapist at MUSC’s Institute of Psychiatry in the outpatient clinic. Pat enjoys working with children (10-12 years old), teenagers and adults. The vast majority of her experience includes working with teenage issues, trauma, anger management, domestic violence, grief and loss and depression/anxiety issues.

Kelly Holes-Lewis, MD

Dr. Kelly Holes-Lewis is an adult psychiatrist whose primary focus is in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders.

Kirk Meekins, MD

Dr. Meekins provides outpatient psychiatric treatment for children, adolescents, adults and families.

Melissa Milanak, PhD

Dr. Milanak specializes in providing evidence-based treatments for sleep disorders including insomnia and anxiety disorders including Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and specific phobias.

Angela Moreland, PhD

Dr. Moreland is a licensed clinical psychologist whose primary focus is working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety and/or mood disorders.

Jeni Bowers Palmer, M.Ed., LPC, CEAP

Jeni Bowers Palmer has provided counseling services to adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups and has worked in a variety of clinical settings specializing in addictions, codependency, co-occurring disorders, eating disorders, relationship issues, stress management and occupational problems.

Alyssa Rheingold, PhD

Dr. Rheingold is a licensed clinical psychologist whose clinical expertise includes evidence-based treatments for anxiety related difficulties such as social anxiety, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, and specific phobias.

Rosaura Orengo-Aguayo, PhD

Dr. Orengo-Aguayo is a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed clinical psychologist whose clinical expertise includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based interventions. Dr. Orengo-Aguayo also specializes in the treatment of PTSD in children and adults, as well as provides evidence-based couples therapy.

Elizabeth Santa Ana, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Addiction Sciences Division, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina and an investigator in the Health Equities Research Innovation Center (HEROIC), Center of Innovation, at the Charleston VA Medical Center

Josh Smith, PhD

Dr. Smith is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Drug and Alcohol Programs (CDAP) in MUSC's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. His work involves development and delivery of evidence-based treatments for substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Dr. Toll is a licensed clinical psychologist who can help you through the process of improving relationships, changing your substance use, reducing stress, alleviating anxiety and depression, improving self-worth, and achieving your goals.

Tonia M. Cassaday, MSW, LISW-CP

Ms. Cassaday is highly qualified with experience as a psychiatric crisis unit director, an outpatient therapist, an intensive in-home therapist/clinical supervisor, and a regional/statewide director in the areas of social services and family engagement. Her competencies include general psychiatry, reproductive psychiatry, substance use, grief and loss, domestic violence, crisis intervention, and trauma.

Dr. Uhde specializes in the treatment of mood, anxiety, and sleep disorders.

Debra Wallace, LISW-CP

Debra holds a faculty position as a Clinical Counselor at MUSC Institute of Psychiatry. Her focus is bereavement/loss, and she works primarily with adults in middle years. Other interests include anxiety, mood disorders, and posttraumatic stress.

Dr. Warren is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in couples and family therapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.
